Room for rent at la floresta

I am a 31 years old music teacher and i have two rooms for rent. The price includes wireless internet, once a week?s cleaning, electricity and gas expenses. The flat has tv, dvd, music equipment, microwave, kitchen, oven, washing machine, dvd and CD collection. Lots of books. There are 3 rooms and 2 toilets. The rooms are furnished (one with doublebed and the other with simple bed, sheets and blankets, night table with lamp and very big closets) and it?s avaliable for weeks, months or indefinite time. I have a cat and lots of plants. I travel often so i am looking for girls who will love them, feed the cat and water the plants. Love to chat, watch movies. Not a great cooker thought. I speak spanish, english and catalán. The views are very nice. The location is perfect: close to 5 universities (universidad catolica, universidad salesiana, universidad simon bolivar, universidad de las americas and universidad politécnica), bars, restaurants, independent cinema, supermarket and the mariscal area). No smoking inside the house please, although it won?t be a problem at speciall ocasions like meetings.
