Operations manager/business analyst

We are an usa internet marketing company with about 15 employees, we are seeking a full-time operations manager for a 100% telecommuting position. Meaning, you can work from your home, where ever you are in the world. The compensation rate is around 13 usa dollars/hour commensurate with skills and expertise. You will need to work usa business hours, for example 9am - 5pm est monday through friday. You need to be fluent in english. At least 3 yrs experience in leading teams in project management is required. Any marketing analysis and it skills/experience is a bonus. The operations manager (om) will be serving at the core of our operations, managing the various teams of our staff of 15 people. The om will be responsible for holding the staff accountable for following our protocols and policies. This includes managing the daily web development and design activities for a group of highly qualified software engineers. Assisting the it team in project planning and analysis. Including conducting quality assurance and offering analysis in measuring the results of new project implementation.
